Dawn Osborne, MD provides compassionate, high-quality care for adults across a range of settings. Dr. Osborne maintains a very active outpatient practice with Urban Medical. She is out as a lesbian physician and is sensitive to issues of lesbian and gay patients. Dr. Osborne combines clinical expertise with understanding and respect for patients’ needs and wishes.

Urban Medical is a nonprofit organization providing innovative and compassionate responses to the primary care needs of the elderly, chronically ill and underserved. For 30 years, we have focused exceptional effort on care for the most vulnerable members of our community – the elderly, chronically ill and medically complex.
