Dr. Mark provides care to elders living in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. He has built a practice dedicated to creating a healthcare system that is easy for elders to access and effective in caring for them and their families.

Urban Medical is a nonprofit organization providing innovative and compassionate responses to the primary care needs of the elderly, chronically ill and underserved. For 30 years, we have focused exceptional effort on care for the most vulnerable members of our community – the elderly, chronically ill and medically complex.
