Catherine (Kate) Kelley has significant experience in post-acute care. She provides primary care to nursing home residents and homebound seniors. Kate has a special interest in palliative care and works with various groups to bring hospice and palliative services to patients. Kate's knowledge of the healthcare system has earned her a reputation as a patient advocate.
