Nancy Hartley has provided compassionate, high quality care for adults across a range of settings for over sixteen years. She has a particular interest in the mental health needs of elders, and expertise in wound care.

Nancy provides on-site care to residents of an elderly housing facility and to residents at a local skilled nursing facility. Nancy is very interested in bringing health care directly to elders to allow them to age in place and maintain independence.

Urban Medical is a nonprofit organization providing innovative and compassionate responses to the primary care needs of the elderly, chronically ill and underserved. For 30 years, we have focused exceptional effort on care for the most vulnerable members of our community – the elderly, chronically ill and medically complex.
