Shona Gibson provides compassionate, high-quality care for nursing home residents and people in their own homes. She provides medical care to the residents of local nursing homes, with a specialty in post-acute rehabilitative care. Shona has also been active in providing home-based care to homebound elders.

Urban Medical is a nonprofit organization providing innovative and compassionate responses to the primary care needs of the elderly, chronically ill and underserved. For 30 years, we have focused exceptional effort on care for the most vulnerable members of our community – the elderly, chronically ill and medically complex.
