Irene Crofton, MD, maintains a busy nursing home practice in Jamaica Plain and the surrounding communities. She also provides care to homebound elders and at several assisted living communities in the area. Dr. Crofton combines her clinical experience with understanding and respect for patients’ needs and wishes.

Urban Medical is a nonprofit organization providing innovative and compassionate responses to the primary care needs of the elderly, chronically ill and underserved.
