Yana Antonellis provides home-based care to local homebound elders. She has also provided medical care to residents of local nursing homes. Yana is particularly interested in bringing health care directly to elders to allow them to age in place and maintain their independence.

Yana is fluent in both English and Russian.

Urban Medical is a nonprofit organization providing innovative and compassionate responses to the primary care needs of the elderly, chronically ill and underserved.
